Placing an Order

First select the category in which you can find the product, then click on the item you like to get the full description of the product. Once you have selected the item you wish to buy, click the "add to basket" button, and the product will be added to  your shopping cart. 

Click on "Basket Contents" if you want to verify the selected item and the ordered quantity. This page will allow you to modify the quantity, change the order, or cancel the transaction and go back to the catalog for selection of other items.

If your item has been added correctly to the shopping cart, you can either continue shopping with us or click on the checkout link at the top right corner to go to the final processing step. Browsing through the website for other items will not delete the items you have added to your basket. When you are done browsing and ready to make a purchase you will find all the items you selected in your shopping basket. 

 

Click on "Checkout" if you are sure about the selected item and the quantity you want to order. This will take you directly to the shipping and billing information form where you will be asked to either log in if you are a returning customer or to create an account with Medartisan if you are a new customer. However, you will still be able to shop without creating an account. We ask you to create an account so that you don't have to enter your shipping and  billing information again when you come back to shop with us in the future. Note that you can't change the quantity or the item selected through the Order Form. If you would like to make modifications to your order, please click "Basket Contents" button that will allow you to make modifications to the basket contents.

Shipping Information

After payment has cleared, orders from Medartisan for in-stock items will be shipped the next business day following the processing of the order. Orders will be shipped via UPS. A shipping rate will be calculated based on shipping address zip codes.

Returns and Refunds

We are sorry, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds. However if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may write within thirty (30) days to Medartisan and we will happily exchange your product with another one of your choice of equal value. Medartisan sales associates will assist you in best possible way. You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition. A copy of the original invoice that was sent to you with the item must accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, the exchange item will be shipped to you.

Can't Find "Basket Contents" and "Checkout" Buttons

If you are on a page that does not display the "Basket Contents" and "Checkout" buttons, click on the "my account" link on the top menu and a new page will generate with the navigation bar that shows links to the "basket contents" and "checkout" boxes. Don't worry, you don't have to create an account or register with us to buy our products. Having an online account with us however will save you time the next time you shop with us because you won't have to enter your shipping and billing information again.
