First select the category in which you can find the product, then click on the item you like to get the full description of the product. Once you have selected the item you wish to buy, click the "add to basket" button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. Click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page if you want to verify the selected item and the ordered quantity. This page will allow you to modify the quantity, change the order, or cancel the transaction and go back to the catalog for selection of other items. If your item has been added correctly to the shopping cart, you can either continue shopping with us or click on the checkout link at the top right corner to go to the final processing step. Browsing through the website for other items will not delete the items you have added to your basket. When you are done browsing and ready to make a purchase you will find all the items you selected in your shopping basket.
Click on "Checkout" if you are sure about the selected item and the quantity you want to order. This will take you directly to the shipping and billing information form where you will be asked to either log in if you are a returning customer or to create an account with Medartisan.com if you are a new customer. However, you will still be able to shop without creating an account. We ask you to create an account so that you don't have to enter your shipping and billing information again when you come back to shop with us in the future. Note that you can't change the quantity or the item selected through the Order Form. If you would like to make modifications to your order, please click "Basket Contents" button that will allow you to make modifications to the basket contents.
After payment has cleared, orders from Medartisan.com for in-stock items will be shipped the next business day following the processing of the order. Orders will be shipped via Fedex. A shipping rate will be calculated based on shipping address zip codes and weight of the shipment.
We are sorry, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds. However if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may write within thirty (30) days to Medartisan.com and we will happily exchange your product with another one of your choice of equal value. Medartisan.com sales associates will assist you in best possible way. You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition. A copy of the original invoice that was sent to you with the item must accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, the exchange item will be shipped to you. Soaps are not covered by the return and refund policy stated above. All soap sales are final with no exceptions.
We make our best effort to obtain the items from the manufacturers as soon as possible. We try to keep a large enough stock on-hand. However, given that most of our items are handmade, sometimes items that are high in demand go on backorder. We will provide you with an estimate of items will be available again. If at any point you decide not to wait for the items to arrive, we will refund your account in full with no questions asked.

Although we prefer orders through our website, we will occasionally accept and process orders received by Phone or Fax. Our website is not currently setup to calculate the correct shipping charges for orders to these destinations. We will process your orders but would have to charge you for the corrected shipping amount that will be determined by Fedex.
